Another night in Dallas meant another night out at a steakhouse.  Don't get me wrong, I am not complaining.  I love steak and feel really lucky to experience all these great restaurants.  While I have eaten at the Capital Grille in Orlando, this experience seemed to be better here.  The ambiance, food and wait staff were all excellent.  After consuming a large Bone-In Rib Eye on the previous night, I decided to go with the Steak and Lobster Combination with a small steak and succulent lobster tail.  Did not disappoint.  The steak was seasoned and cooked perfectly.  The lobster was sweet and delicious.  I polished off the entire plate after enjoying one of the best Wedge Salads of my life.  The Wedge Salad here is AWESOME.  Loved the dressing and Apple Smoked Bacon. I could not stop eating this salad and enjoyed every single bite.   The Shrimp Cocktail appetizer was excellent with large chilled shrimp served with cocktail sauce.  Everything was good here.  The Mushrooms, Crab and Lobster Cakes and Au Gratin Potatoes are all top notch.  Tried a little of each.  With so many great steakhouses in Dallas, I can honestly say that you cannot go wrong at the Capital Grille.
